Joan J. brings over 30 years of experience in childcare and teaching, driven by her passion for helping children grow and learn. Throughout her extensive career, she has built a strong foundation in early childhood education, focusing on creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.
She holds a master’s degree in Family Consumer Sciences and a master’s in Educational Technology, complementing her certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Early Childhood Education. Joan ensures that children in her care are not only protected but also engaged in enriching, age-appropriate activities designed to foster curiosity and development. Her approach emphasizes instilling a love for learning, helping children build essential social, cognitive, and emotional skills that prepare them for school and lifelong success.
